One of EECCHI's main activities is to develop the capacity of energy managers and energy auditors in Indonesia. The programs include training of energy managers and energy auditors, energy audits, energy efficiency feasibility studies and energy efficiency pilot projects for industrial and commercial buildings.
Training for Energy Managers and Energy Auditors
Trainings for energy managers and energy auditors are carried out to support the Indonesian Government Regulation No. 70/2009 on Energy Conservation, which require those whose energy consumption is equal to or more than 6,000 TOE (tons of oil equivalent) per year to:
Trainings for energy managers were done in accordance with the national standards which are Standards of Competency for Energy Managers in Building Sector and Standards of Competency for Energy Managers in Industrial Sector. Trainings for energy managers were carried out in 9 major cities in Indonesia from 2011 until February 2012.

Energy Audit Activities - Energy Efficiency Pilot Projects
Energy audits, feasibility studies and pilot projects for industrial and commercial buildings will be implemented along with several other stakeholders such as the financial sector, ESCOs (Energy Service Company) and other international organizations to support the sustainability of energy efficiency in Indonesia.
Database of Energy Managers and Energy Auditors
To improve communication and network among energy efficiency practicioners in Indonesia, EECCHI is currently developing a database of energy managers and energy auditors which will be accessible through this website.
